If you receive a product with a quality issue, please contact our customer service team. We offer a free resend of the same product, at no additional charge. There is no need to return the original item. Simply provide us with your order details and evidence of the issue (such as photos or videos), and we will promptly send a new product to you. Your satisfaction is our priority.
How long does shipping take?
Since our shoes are handcrafted, the production time may take approximately 3 - 7 days. Below are the shipping and delivery details:

Expedited Shipping: If you need faster delivery, we offer priority shipping, which delivers in about 5 days for an additional fee.
